Who We Work With
Institutional investors - with demand rising for concentrated, off-market positions, there is significant appetite from our global buy-side network for tech, growth equity, and late-stage VC assets. We have successfully worked on multiple mandates for venture, growth, and late stage funds to find them the access they need into clear, well structured secondaries positions.
Founders, early employees and start ups - we have worked on a number of projects to help founders, pre-seed angel investors and early employees to quietly divest equity positions and realise cash outcomes. We are currently supporting 2 UK based start ups in an advisory / board level capacity to provide guidance on investment strategy and sourcing, GTM, growth and product planning.
How We Do It
We wanted to be a different kind of advisory firm. One that puts relationships above transactions. Too often, we have seen financial services firms operate with unnecessary arrogance and short-termism. That approach is not for us.
